Suncoast Educator’s Association (SEA) The intention of SEA is to share current concepts in nursing education and staff development. This will better enable the educators to develop healthcare providers who incorporate evidence-based practices that enhances patient safety and outcomes. SEA also provides a networking opportunity to enhance professional growth and development of nurse educators in both academia and healthcare settings though support and the sharing of resources.
